7D/6N in the heart of the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve
Situated in the heart of the Pacaya-Samiria reserve, the El Dorado lake is the perfect place for people found of nature. As there is no human activity in this area, the animals are easier to observe. To reach the El Dorado lake you have to go upstream the Yanayacu river (“black waters” in Quechua) fpr hours in the middle of a preserved forest enjoying the presence of plenty of animals such as turtles, caimans, dolphins, many kinds of monkeys and several birds that make the Pacaya Samiria reserve a paradise for birdwatchers.
